Elrick Bass Guitars, Ltd. is excited to announce the newest addition to our Platinum Series of US hand-carved bass guitars, the Platinum Series e-volution DBS (Daric Bennnett Signature).
The DBS was developed for musician and educator Daric Bennett, well known proprietor of online bass lessons website (www.DaricBennett.com) and social media media stalwart. A respected player and educator, Daric is well known for his unique percussive style, and for combining funk, blues, gospel and jazz fusion into his playing. Having appeared on numerous albums, countless live and televised performances, Daric now also maintains a regular touring schedule.
The Platinum Series DBS bass guitar was developed to facilitate Daric’s incredible technique, while delivering the responsiveness and tone his playing demands. The Daric Bennett Signature bass features a unique combination of options that will appeal to a wide variety of players; single-cut thru-neck construction, 3-piece quarter-sawn maple neck, birdseye maple fretboard with glow-in-the-dark side and top position markers, burled walnut top, alder body with soft maple center-block, Bartolini 3-band pre-amp and dual coil pickups, 35” scale, and 18mm string spacing.
